Dear Friend of St Paul’s

Following our last update in October 2005 we have had a fantastic response to the fundraising campaign. Many of you made generous donations for which we are very grateful. Thank you.

In addition, we have received generous donations from the Bernard Sunley Charitable Foundation, The Heritage of London Trust and Mill Hill School Foundation. Our thanks go to them for their support.

Great news from the National Lottery - the Big Lottery Fund granted us £250,000 towards the development of community facilities in the crypt. This was a real boost to the project and enables us to now move onto the next phase.

Our fund total now stands at a fantastic

£1,581,500

With a total project cost of £2,237,496  we are now looking to raise the final  £655,996

Our fundraising  continues with a concert by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at Mill Hill County High School on March  18th. Once again we are  very honoured to welcome such a prestigious orchestra  to Mill Hill. Please support us if you can. Details can be found on the concert website  www.nickbattley.com/rpoconcert

Finally, we are planning a service of thanksgiving, exhibition and talk on William Wilberforce  to mark the end of phase 1.  Details will be posted on our website but I will be writing again to invite you to join us once the date is confirmed.

Hope you enjoy this latest update.

Best wishes
